Seminar in Duisburg März 2019

"Great weekend with the Friends in Duisburg! This seminar was dedicated to feet's. We did our best and tried to understand how important are feet in our karate do. We touch feet through form, body dynamics, transition, power and kime in the kata and kihon. Also study how feet are important in kumite.

Thanks everyone for participation, strong spirit, warm atmosphere and true friendship. Especially thanks to Eric who took responsibility and host this event. Keep going and hope see you next year!"
